WORK ORDER 3 INDIAN RIVER BOULEVARD (17TH STREET TO U.S. HIGHWAY NO. 1) TOPOGRAPHIC DESIGN SURVEY (IRC -1817) This Work Order Number 3 is entered into as of this day of , 2022, pursuant to that certain Annual Professional Surveying and Mapping Services Master Agreement dated October 04, 2016, renewed as of October 4, 2018 and renewed and amended as of October 4, 2020 (collectively referred to as the "Agreement") by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida ("COUNTY") and SOUTHEASTERN SURVEYING AND MAPPING CORPORATION ("SURVEYOR"). The COUNTY has selected the SURVEYOR to perform the professional services set forth on Exhibit A (Scope of Work), attached to this Work Order No. 3 and made part hereof by this reference. The professional services will be performed by the SURVEYOR for the fee schedule set forth in Exhibit A (Southeastern Surveying and Mapping Corporation Proposal dates March 23, 2022), attached to this Work Order and made a part hereof by this reference. The SURVEYOR will perform the professional services within the timeframes more particularly set forth in Exhibit A, attached to this Work Order and made a part hereof by this reference all in accordance with the terms and provisions set forth in the Agreement. Nothing contained in any Work Order shall conflict with the terms of the Agreement and the terms of the Agreement shall be deemed to be incorporated in each individual Work Order as if fury set forth herein.
