RESOLUTION NO. 2022- 024 <br />to make proper entries upon the records to accomplish such cancellation and to <br />do all things necessary to carry out the provisions of section 196.28, F.S.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, that any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the <br />following described lands which were purchased by Indian River County from <br />Frederick W. Van Antwerp and Florence B. Van Antwerp, Husband and Wife, <br />Individually, and as Co -Trustees of the Frederick W. Van Antwerp and Florence <br />B. Van Antwerp Revocable Trust Agreement, dated 3/19/10, for right-of-way <br />along 81St Street for the 66th Avenue project, are hereby cancelled pursuant to <br />the authority of section 196.28, F.S. <br />See Warranty Deed describing lands, recorded in <br />O.R. Book 3491, Page 799 of the Public Records <br />of Indian River County, Florida. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Flescher, and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner Adams , and, upon being put to <br />a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Commissioner Peter D. O'Bryan AYE <br />Commissioner Joseph H. Earman AYE <br />Commissioner Susan Adams AYE <br />Commissioner Joseph E. Flescher AYE <br />Commissioner Laura Moss <br />AYE <br />The Chairman thereupon declared the resolution duly passed and <br />adopted this 3rd day of May, 2022. <br />2 <br />
