PROCLAMATIONS and PRESENTATIONS <br />5.A. 22-0187 Presentation of Proclamation Designating the Month of April, 2022 as Child Abuse <br />Prevention Month <br />Recommended Action: Recommend Read and Present <br />Attachments: Proclamation <br />Joe Walsh, Exchange Club of the Treasure Coast, appeared with fellow Exchange <br />Club members to accept the Proclamation and discuss the Club's mission to raise <br />funds to aid in the prevention of child abuse. <br />Matt Markley, CEO, Hibiscus Children's Center, thanked the Board for their <br />support, and discussed the programs and facilities the organization provides to <br />children and teens in Indian River County. <br />Read and Presented by Commissioner Adams <br />Indian River County Florida Page 1 <br />
