The second skid will be <br />for the aftercooler. Skid sizes are approximately <br />12'X24' and 12'X30'. <br />3 <br />Aftercooler: Aftercooler will a model 93BZF from <br />AXH Air -Coolers (or comparable). Equipped with a <br />20 hp motor. <br />• Hail guard can be added for additional <br />$1,900. <br />• Shipping protection of tube bundle with <br />plywood can be added for $800 (not <br />required if hail guard is installed.) <br />4 <br />Meters: Includes three Rosemount Compact <br />Conditioning meters. Individual meters would be <br />installed on each pipeline that would go to the <br />two end users and one meter would be for the <br />flared gas. <br />5 <br />Flare: Candle stick flare capable of handling full <br />design flow. Manufactured by Perennial or <br />comparable. <br />6 <br />Misc: Piping on skid will be 304 stainless steel and <br />will include recirculation line for added turndown. <br />PLC will be Allen Bradley Compact Logix. All <br />necessary interconnecting piping, spools, valves <br />and flanges included. System will include inlet and <br />outlet knock -out pots. <br />7 <br />Commissioning: Price includes five days of <br />commissioning time for one person (including <br />travel). <br />8 <br />Freight (estimate) — charged at cost plus 15% <br />$18,000 <br />9 <br />TOTAL <br />$789,000 <br />4.0 SHIPMENT <br />Delivery schedule is estimated 37 weeks.
