Finney, SRA <br />County Right -of -Way Agent <br />SUBJECT: 58th Avenue Right -of -Way Acquisition; Parcel #125, Rivera <br />Estates, Lot 3 and 4, Block 2 <br />DATE: October 3, 1995 <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Additional right-of-way is required on 58th Avenue for the paving <br />improvement project from Route 60 to 26th Street. <br />The property owner has executed a contract to deed the right-of-way <br />to the county in exchange for the installation of water to the <br />residence from the existing county utility line. The water has <br />been connected and the owner would like reimbursement for the <br />$3,572.61 fee and assessment. <br />The contract price is not to exceed $3,572.61 for the 15' wide x <br />140' (2,100 square foot) parcel. There are no appraisal or <br />attorney fees. <br />Staff requests the Board of County Commissioners approve the <br />contract and authorize the Chairman to execute the contract. <br />OCTOBER 10, 1995 $ <br />
