<br />2. The Board finds that the properties assessed by this resolution
<br />will receive special benefits equal to or greater than the cost of
<br />the assessment.
<br />3. The County will record the special assessments and this resolution,
<br />which describes the properties assessed and the amounts of the
<br />special assessments, on the public records, which shall constitute
<br />prima facie evidence of the validity of the special assessments.
<br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner
<br />Adams, and the motion was seconded by Commissioner T i p p i n ,
<br />and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows:
