On a Motion made by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers, the following Resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 69-3 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did after public hearing make its final report recommending <br />changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, <br />Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hearing <br />in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were <br />heard; Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, <br />Florida, and the accompanying 'Zoning Map, be changed as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, <br />to -wit: <br />Hobart Landings Subdivision, Unit 1 and Unit 2, <br />according to plats filed in the office of the <br />Clerk of the Circuit Court, Indian River County, <br />Florida, Plat Book 7, Pages 45 and 46, except <br />Tracts A and B and except Lots 38 to 44 inclusive <br />of Unit 2, <br />be changed from R3, Transient District to R1, Single Family District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Resolution. <br />
