NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, RESOLVES: <br />1. That the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County implement its Resolution Number 68-77, en- <br />dorsing, approving and urging the speedy consummation of <br />the plan of the Florida Outdoor Recreational Development <br />Council for the acquisition of a park in Indian River County, <br />Florida, South of Sebastian Inlet, and agrees to negotiate <br />and otherwise obtain, under the authority granted to it, such <br />of the parcels of property as are omitted from acquisition <br />by such Council, in order to make a single contiguous parcel <br />of property fm m the Museum to be constructed, North to the <br />Sebastian Inlet, capable of being administered and expanded <br />as one of the more outstanding tourist attractions in the <br />State of Florida, provided, however, that the County of <br />Indian River'be reimbursed for its acquisition costs prior <br />to or at the time of reconveyance to the delegated State <br />Agency for operation and expansion. <br />2. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that certified copies <br />of this Resolution be forwarded to the Florida Outdoor <br />Recreational Development Council, the Governor, and the <br />members of the Cabinet of the State of Florida. <br />There being no further business, on Motion made seconded and <br />,ATTEST <br />i; CLERIC <br />the Board then adjourned at 1:15 o'clock P.
