On a Motion made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by Commissioner,* <br />"McCullers, the following Resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />-RESOLUTION NO. 69-7 <br />STATE OF FLORIDA <br />COUNTY RESOLUTION ON USE <br />of <br />80% OF SEVENTH CENT GASOLINE TAX <br />and <br />OTHER SECONDARY ROAD FUNDS <br />YEAR 1969-70 <br />Indian <br />COUNTY River <br />WHEREAS, under the provisions of Section 208.44 Florida Statutes and <br />Article XII(c)(5) Constitution of the State of Florida, the Florida State Road <br />Department will receive 80% of this county's pro -rata share of seventh cent gasoline <br />tax and a portion of the surplus of this county's pro -rata share of the 5th and 6th <br />cent gasoline tax to be used within this county; and <br />WHEREAS, under the provisions of Section 339.08 and Section 339.081 <br />Florida Statutes the expenditure of such funds shall be as prescribed by regulations <br />of the Department and pursuant to a duly adopted resolution by this board of County <br />Commissioners; and <br />WHEREAS, the department has requested this county to submit a resolution <br />specifying the county's requests for expenditure of such funds, including any <br />Federal -Aid allocations that may become available, during the fiscal year listed <br />above, and also a continuing program for the succeeding four years so that these <br />requests can be donsidered in the preparation of the Department's annual budget <br />and program of work. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: <br />I. That the Florida State Road Department is hereby requested to use <br />the aforesaid funds for the purposes and projects listed in EXHIBIT "A" attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof and that the Department consider the listed items in <br />accordance with priorities shown and to the extent of available funds in the <br />preparation of its annual program of work for the above listed fiscal year with <br />
