40 <br />E> <br />• <br />RF.SOI,UrION NO. 69-3q— <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, resolves: <br />1. That this Board did publish a notice in accordance with the <br />provisions of law that the County Assessor of Taxes would meet with this <br />Board on the 23rd day of July, 1969, and would at that time present the tax <br />assessment rolls of this county for the year 1969 for the purpose of this <br />Board hearing complaints and receiving testimony as to the value of any prop- <br />erty, real or personal, as fixed by the County Assessor of Taxes and of per- <br />fecting, reviewing and equalizing the assessment rolls. <br />2. The County Assessor of Taxes has appeared at the time and <br />place stated and advised this Board that the Cabinet of the State of Florida has <br />directed the Director of the Revenue Department of the State who succeeded <br />to the duties of the Comptroller of the State to rescind his prior directive on <br />the assessment of said lands and this change has prevented the Assessor <br />from completing the tax assessment rolls. In view of this circumstance, this <br />Board does deem it necessary to and does herewith extend the time for the <br />completion of said assessment rolls and for the meeting with the County <br />Assessor of Taxes for the purpose of reviewing and equalizing the assess- <br />ments to Monday, August 11, 1969, at 8:30 o'clock A.
