G] <br />RESOLUTION NO. 69-40 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />4b' II Florida, resolves: <br />1. That Frank Zorc filed a petition with this Board requesting this <br />Board to renounce and disclaim any right of the county and the public in and to <br />all land or interest therein acquired for street, road or highway purposes <br />delineated and shown on the plat of Sun Crest Terrace, Unit No. 1 Subdivision, <br />recorded in Plat Book 8, page 1, Indian River County, Florida, records. This' <br />Board has adopted a resolution determining that none of the streets, roads or <br />highways above described now constitute or was acquired for a state or <br />federal highway and none is located within the limits of any incorporated j <br />municipality and declaring that a public hearing would be held to consider the <br />advisability of granting the request and exercising the authority granted by <br />Section 336.09, Florida Statutes, and that a public hearing would be held <br />before this Board in the County Commissioners" Room, Indian River County <br />Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida, at 10:30 o'clock A.M. on August 6, 1969, <br />at which persons interested may appear and be heard. <br />2. This Board did publish notice of such public hearing one time on <br />July 17, 1969, in the Vero Beach Press Journal, a newspaper of general circu- <br />lation in said county, said publication being at least two weeks prior to the <br />date stated for the public hearing, as will more fully appear by proof of pub- <br />lication thereof filed in the minutes of this meeting. At the time and place <br />stated, this Board did hold the advertised public hearing and all persons <br />interested were heard and this Board did determine that said streets, roads <br />or highways described above are not located within the limits of any incor- <br />porated municipality and were not acquired for and are not now used for a <br />state or federal highway. <br />3. The Board of County Commissioners does herewith renounce and <br />disclaim any right of the county and the public in and to the street existing <br />between Lots A and 13 and the street between Lots F and 12, as shown on the <br />plat of Sun Crest Terrace, Unit No. 1 Subdivision, recorded in Plat Book 8, <br />page 1, Indian River County, Florida, records, and does herewith vacate, <br />Smith, Heath, Smith & O'Haire, Attorneys At Law, P. O. Box 518, Vero Beach, Florida 32960 <br />
