4W <br />I' On a Motion made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by <br />��'ommissioner Loy, the following Resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />RESOLUTION No. 69-41 <br />�� 11 BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida: <br />1. That this Board has heretofore adopted its Resolution No. 68-9 <br />adopting building, electrical and plumbing codes for designated areas in <br />Indian River County, Florida, and this Board does now determine that it <br />intends to adopt a Resolution amending said Resolution No. 68-9 to provide <br />that the description in Section 2 of Article i thereof shall be stricken and a <br />substitute description inserted in lieu thereof in order that said Section 2 <br />shall be as follows: <br />Section 2. SCOPE: Since the western territory of said <br />county is remote and sparsely settled, thereby rendering the <br />application of this resolution unnecessary and its enforcement <br />economically unfeasible in such area, this resolution is effec- <br />tive only in the territory of Indian River County lying outside <br />the corporate limits of municipalities and east of the following <br />described line: <br />I <br />Begin at the Rangeline dividing Range 37 East, and <br />Range 38 East, at the South boundary line of Indian <br />River County, Florida, and proceed North on said <br />Rangeline to the South line of Township 32 South; <br />Thence, East on said South line of Township 32 South, <br />to the Southeast corner of Section 34, Township 32 <br />South, Range 38 East; <br />Thence, North on the East boundary of Sections 34, <br />27, 22 and 15 to the Northeast corner of said Section <br />15; <br />Thence, West on the North boundary of Sections 15, <br />16, 17 and 18 to the Northwest corner of said Section <br />18; <br />Thence, North on the Rangeline dividing Range 37 <br />East, and Range 38 East, to the South boundary line <br />of Township 31 South; <br />Thence, West on the South boundary of Township 31 <br />South, to the Southwest corner of Township 31 South, <br />Range 37 East; <br />Thence, North on the Rangeline which divides Range <br />36 East and Range 37 East, to the North boundary <br />line of said Indian River County. <br />Smith, Heath, Smith & O'Haire, Attorneys At Law, P.
