On a Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by <br />Commissioner Massey, the following Resolutions were unanimously <br />adopted: <br />• RESOLUT ION 69- 42 <br />WHEREAS, Sarasota County has requested that this <br />Board approve its withdrawal from the Central Florida <br />Regional Housing Authority as authorized under House Bill <br />1328, adopted by the 1969 session of the Florida Legislature; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this Board has no objection to the said <br />withdrawal by Sarasota County; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that approval <br />is hereby given to the withdrawal of Sarasota County from the <br />Central Florida Regional Housing Authority. <br />ADOPTED at regular session this 6th day of August, <br />A.
