40 <br />R E S 0 1, U T 1 0 NT 6 9- 4 3 <br />WFEREAS, Palm Beach County has'reque:ted that this <br />Board approve its withdrawal from the Central Florida Re3ional <br />Housing Authority as authorized under House Bill 1395, adopted <br />by the 1965 session of the Florida Legislature; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board has no objection to the said <br />ioithdrawal by Palm Beach County; <br />NOW, THCREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, / <br />that approval is hereby given to the withdrawal of Palm Beach <br />County from the Central Florida Regional Housing Authority.. <br />ADOPTED at regular session this 6th day of August, <br />A.
