<br />RESOLUTION NO. -40
<br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County,
<br />r Florida, did after public hearing make its final report recommending
<br />changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County,
<br />Florida; and,
<br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recom-
<br />mended changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public
<br />hearing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were
<br />heard; Now, therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
<br />of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed
<br />as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow-
<br />ing described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to wit:
<br />PARCEL NO. 1. The North half of the East half of
<br />Lot 6 of Block 2 of Dr. Richard E. Bullington's SSD,
<br />which plat was filed May 25, 1912, and recorded in
<br />Plat Book 2, page 5, public records of St. Lucie
<br />County, Florida; said land now lying and being in
<br />Indian River County, Florida. EXCEPT the right-
<br />of-way over the North 50 feet of the above-described
<br />property conveyed to the City of Vero Beach for a
<br />street; and EXCEPT street right-of-way as in Official
<br />Record Book 73, page 226, public records of Indian
<br />River County, Florida.
<br />AND The North 160.5 feet of the West half of Lot 6,
<br />Block 2, Dr. Richard E. Bullington's SSD, according
<br />to plat filed May 25, 1912, and recorded in Plat Book
<br />2, page 5, public records of St. Lucie County,
<br />Florida; said land now lying and being in Indian River
<br />County, Florida. EXCEPT, HOWEVER, the West
<br />100 feet of the above-described property and except
<br />the North 50 feet of the above-described property
<br />conveyed to the City of Vero Beach for road right-of-
<br />way.
<br />PARCEL NO. 2. Lot 3, Block 2, of Dr. Richard E.
<br />Bullington's Subdivision, of part of Section 1, Town-
<br />ship 33 South, Range 39 East, according to plat filed
<br />in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.
<br />Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, page 5; exclu-
<br />ding therefrom the following described land:
