The County Administrator presented a final plat of a sub- <br />40 division known as Van Trician Subdivision. The streets have been <br />completed and the Administrator suggested that the $450.00 <br />put into escrow by William Van Busch be retained for the completion <br />® of the ditches. A Notion was made by Commissioner McCullers, <br />seconded by Commissioner Massey and unanimously carried that since <br />Mr. Van Busch has completed the road for which he deposited $450.00, <br />the $450.00 held in escrow for the completion of the streets in <br />„ Van Trician Subdivision should be returned to him; and that final <br />approval of the plat is denied until the time the subdivision is <br />completed. <br />A resident of the Pinson Subdivision appeared before the <br />'•Board requesting that the County do what it can to alleviate the <br />problem of the water standing in the streets. The Administrator <br />stated that he would send a force to the area to do whatever <br />could be done at this time; and that he would make a further study <br />of the drainage problem and present his findings to the Board. <br />Chairman Dritenbas returned to the meeting and again took the <br />Chair. <br />Julian Lowenstein and John Sutherland appeared before the <br />Board in protestation to the phrase "for the construction of an <br />apartment building comparable to the William Penn Apartments" ,in <br />Resolution 69-49 adopted in the Minutes of September 24, 1969. <br />i <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Loy, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers and unanimously carried that the phrase in the Minutes <br />of September 24, 1969, Resolution 69-49 reading "for the construction <br />of an apartment building comparable to the William Penn Apartments" <br />be changed to read "for the construction of an apartment building <br />comparable in exterior appearance to the William Penn Apartments <br />but not requiring the same size or style of the building." <br />i <br />
