RESOLUTION NO. 69- 51 <br />40 The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, resolves: <br />1. That this Board, acting upon behalf of Indian River County, <br />I <br />did heretofore sell and convey the property hereinafter described but that <br />• <br />through scrivener's error the 42/100 of an acre set forth in the following <br />description was not included in the deed of conveyance. In order to correct <br />this omission, the form of deed presented herewith from Indian River County, <br />Florida, to Frank J. Schlitt and Mary E. Schlitt, his wife, and Edgar L. <br />Schlitt and Margaret M. Schlitt, his wife, conveying the following described <br />property: <br />The East 10.42 acres of the West 20.42 acres of Tract <br />9, Section 32, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, <br />according to the last general plat of Indian River Farms <br />Company, as recorded in Plat Book 2, page 25, public <br />records of St. Lucie County, Florida; said lands now <br />lying and being in Indian River County, Florida; <br />is herewith approved and the Chairman and Clerk are authorized and directed <br />to make, execute and deliver that deed upon behalf of the County upon receipt <br />of the recited consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) in order to correct the <br />foregoing error. <br />Smith, Heath, Smith & O'Haire, Attorneys At Law, P.
