RESOLUTION NO. 69-54 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, <br />did after public hearing make its final report recommending changes <br />and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida; <br />and, i <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hearing <br />in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were <br />heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />.1. That the Zoning Map be changed in•order that the following <br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />PARCEL 1. From the SW corner of the SE; of the Srk of Section <br />13; Township 33 South, Range 39 East, run East on the south <br />boundary of said section a distance of 740.93 feet to a point <br />of beginning. From said point of beginning run North O° 11' <br />West on a line parallel to the West boundary of said SE-, of SE,- <br />a distance of 700.71 feet to the South line of a proposer. 70 - <br />foot road right of way. Thence run East on a line parallel to <br />the South boundary of said Section 13 a distance of 100 feet to <br />the -West right of way of the Florida East Coast Railroad. Thence <br />run South 120 58' East along -said railroad right of way a dis- <br />tance of 720.19 feet to the intersection of the South line of <br />said Section 13. Thence run I.1est on said section line a dis- <br />tance of 260.82 feet to said point of beginning. Containing <br />2.9 acres, more or less; situated in Indian River County, Florida. <br />PARCEL 11. The East 330'/(as measured on the South property <br />lfne) of the following described property: <br />All that part lying West of the right of way of the Florida East <br />Coast Railway to the North Ter. Acres of the NF4 of the NE34, of <br />Section 24, Township 33 South, Range 39 East; and <br />Begin at the Northeast corner of the NW34 of the NEk of Section <br />24, Township 33 South, Range 39 East; thence run South along <br />the East boundary line of said NI%74 of NEa, Section 24, Town- <br />ship 33 South, Range 39 East, a distance of 333.8 feet to a <br />point in said boundary line; thence run West to the easterly <br />boundary line of the Old Dixie Highway; thence run Northwest- <br />erly along said Eastern boundary line of Old Dixie Highway <br />to the Northern boundary line of said NW4 of NE, of Section <br />24, Tewnship 33 South, Range 39 Fast; thence run East along <br />said D)orth boundary line to point of beginning. <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to M-1 Industrial Dis- <br />trict. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />
