On a Motion made by Commissioner Loy, seconded by Covmis€,ioner <br />bJassoy, the following Resolution was unsanimot t.y adopted- <br />Rl SOLUTION NO. tag -5 <br />} <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, <br />did after public hearing make its final report recommending changes <br />and � <br />additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indi�'an River County,F'lorida; � <br />and <br />HTIiEMAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hearing <br />in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were <br />heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RSSOLVSD by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />[: is <br />County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, <br />Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the fcll.aaaing des- <br />cribed property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Government Lot 4, Section 18, Township 33 South, Range 40 Fast; <br />that part of the West half of the ,orthoast Quarter of the south- <br />,,aest Quarter of Section 18 lying North of the south Relief. Canal; <br />that pari: of the Northwest N arter of Southwest 0,uarter of se -id <br />Section 18, lying North of the South Relief Canal, less and ex- <br />cepting that part of said Northwest c.Uartcr of Southwest Ouar'cer <br />lying within 660 feet of the centerline of U. S.
