C-: <br />1� <br />RESOLUTION 70-6 <br />WHEREAS, the State of Florida did purchase in February 1969 <br />certain parcels of property in Indian River County for the purpose of <br />ziestablishing Sebastian Inlet State Park, and <br />WHEREAS, the deeds to said parcels have been recorded in the <br />following Official Record Books: <br />1. Book 320, Page 81, <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, these parcels are now exempt from taxation, and <br />WHEREAS, taxes for the year 1969 on the above parcels totaled <br />$17,177.47, and <br />WHEREAS, when the State of Florida purchased said parcels, a <br />tax proration was retained from amounts paid the individual owners by <br />the State of Florida in the amount of $1, 756. 18, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners that in accordance with General Law, the taxes on the <br />>� above parcels over and above the prorations retained by the State of <br />Florida, in an amount totaling $1,756.18, are hereby cancelled. <br />A'I : Chairman <br />leiJ Al 50 <br />L� f' <br />
