40 <br />e <br />NON -FUNDED CSP AGREEMENT <br />BETWEEN <br />Indian River County <br />AND <br />THE FLORIDA STATE CIVIL DEFENSE AGENCY <br />Indian River Countv, Florida herewith agrees to participate in the National <br />COMMUNITY SHELTER PLAN Program and will support the preparation of thio plan <br />according to the provisions herein set forth. <br />a. The local government through its Civil Defense Agency will provide <br />County and City maps, population estimates, location of fallout <br />shelters and clerical assistance as required. <br />b. A local CSP Advisory Committee of not less than seven (7) nor more <br />than twenty (20) persons, will be appointed for the purpose of <br />representing the local government and to assist the Civil Defense <br />Director in formulating policies which will be used as a basis <br />for preparation of the Community Shelter Plan.
