zw RESOLUTION NO. 70-21 W11rREA5, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, did after public hearing make its final report recommending changes 0 and additions to the Zoning Resolution of. Indian River County, ®m Florida; and, WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, bold a public hear- ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were heard: Now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows: 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: Commencing at the NE corner of the NW4 of Section 30, Town- ship 33 South, Range 40 East, and from thence run South a- long the East line of said NWh 671.53 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence run West to the East right of way line of the Florida East Coast Railroad; thence run Southeasterly along the East right of way line of the Florida East Coast Railroad to the South boundary line of the North ,, of the NW34 of Section 30; thence run East to the SE corner of the NEa of the NW4 of said Section 30; thence run North along the East boundary of said NW'4 of Section 30 to the Point of Beginning; LESS AND EXCEPTING from the above parcel of land, the South 360 feet thereof, lying between the East right of way line of the Florida East Coast Railroad and the west right of way line of the U. r. Fighway #1, as in deed filed in O.R. Book 218, page 358; said land lying and being in Indian River County, Florida; Be changed from R-lA Country Homes District to C-1 Commer- cial District. she front portion of the property is already zoned C-1 Commercial District.
