zw RESOLUTION NO. 70-21 <br />W11rREA5, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, <br />did after public hearing make its final report recommending changes <br />0 <br />and additions to the Zoning Resolution of. Indian River County, <br />®m Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, bold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Commencing at the NE corner of the NW4 of Section 30, Town- <br />ship 33 South, Range 40 East, and from thence run South a- <br />long the East line of said NWh 671.53 feet to the Point of <br />Beginning; thence run West to the East right of way line of <br />the Florida East Coast Railroad; thence run Southeasterly <br />along the East right of way line of the Florida East Coast <br />Railroad to the South boundary line of the North ,, of the <br />NW34 of Section 30; thence run East to the SE corner of the <br />NEa of the NW4 of said Section 30; thence run North along <br />the East boundary of said NW'4 of Section 30 to the Point of <br />Beginning; LESS AND EXCEPTING from the above parcel of land, <br />the South 360 feet thereof, lying between the East right of <br />way line of the Florida East Coast Railroad and the west <br />right of way line of the U. r. Fighway #1, as in deed filed <br />in O.R. Book 218, page 358; said land lying and being in <br />Indian River County, Florida; <br />Be changed from R-lA Country Homes District to C-1 Commer- <br />cial District. she front portion of the property is already <br />zoned C-1 Commercial District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and describ- <br />ed in said Zoning Regulation. <br />
