II RESOLUTION No. Cklc- 70-23 <br />w <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida <br />resolves: <br />The application for release of the easement reserved for state road <br />w right of way in the deed from the State of Florida, Board of Trustees of the <br />Internal Improvement Trust Fund No. 470 affecting certain property in Indian <br />River County, Florida, as to so much of said reserved easement for right of <br />way as it affects all of Lot 14, Dixie Gardens Subdivision, as per plat thereof <br />recorded in Plat Book 4, page 21, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court <br />of Indian River County, Florida, is hereby approved because none of said lot <br />is necessary for highway purposes. This Board does herewith recommend to <br />the State of Florida, Department of Transportation and Board of Trustees of <br />the Internal Improvement Trust Fund that all of the above described reserved <br />easement contained in the above described deed insofar as it pertains to the <br />above described lot be released. <br />Smith, Heath, Smith & O'Haire, Attorneys At Law, P.
