• <br />2. This board did publish notice of such public hearing one time <br />v on the 'lth day of May, 1970, in the Vero Beach Press Journal, a <br />newspaper of general circulation in said county, said publication being <br />• <br />at least two weeks prior to the date stated for the public hearing as will <br />more fully appear by Proof of Publication thereof filed in the minutes of <br />this meeting. At the time and place stated, the board did hold the <br />advertised public hearing and all persons interested were heard and <br />this board did determine that the street described above is not located <br />within the limits of any incorporated municipality and was not acquired <br />for and is not now being used for state or federal highway. <br />3. The Board of County Commissioners does herewith renounce <br />and disclaim any right of the county and the public in and to the street <br />described in Paragraph 1 as shown on the plat of Davilla Park Subdivision <br />f iled in Plat Book 3, Page 69, Public Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida, and does herewith vacate, abandon, discontinue and close all <br />of the same, provided, however, the County does herewith retain an <br />easement of 12 feet wide on either side of the center line of the two parts <br />of the above described street to be abandoned, the easement to be for the <br />location of drainage facilities and utility services. <br />4. Notice of the adoption of this resolution shall be published <br />one time within thirty days following its adoption in one issue of the <br />newspaper of general circulation published in the county. The Proof of <br />Publication of notice of the public hearing and certified copy of this <br />resolution and proof of publication of the notice of the adoption of this <br />resolution shall be recorded in the Deed Records of Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />
