L L•' S O L U T I O N 70 - 25 <br />s <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County <br />• Florida, resolves: <br />1. That the utility easement now existing on both sides <br />of the line dividing Lots 19 and 20, Block C, RoCkridge <br />Subdivision, Unit One, according to the plat thereof in Plat <br />Book 4, Page 23, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court of Indian River County, Florida, be and the same is <br />herewith abandoned, and this Board does herewith relinquish <br />and disclaim the rights of the public acquired by the <br />dedication in said plat insofar as it pertains to the above <br />described utility easement. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by <br />Commissioner Loy and unanimously carried-that_a decal be affixed <br />to County vehicles of the ,juvenile Officer, the County Agricu to-ral <br />Agent and to other Indian River County property. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Loy, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers and unanimously carried that the money expended by <br />Commissioner Bogosian, in the amount of $3.13 for telegrams to <br />the Speaker of the House and to the Senate, be reimbursed to him. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by <br />Commissioner Loy, it was unanimously carried that the bill <br />submitted by F. Shields McManus as local bill aide for Indian <br />River County during the 1970 Regular Session of the Legislature <br />in the amount of $160.00 be approved. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Loy, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers the State Witness Payroll for the County Court, May <br />Term in the amount of $170.36, the State Witness Payroll for <br />the County Court, Spring Term in the amount of $295.20 and the <br />/Payroll <br />State Witness for the Circuit Court, Spring Term in the amount of <br />/ 1J <br />
