RESOLUTION <br />WHEREAS, there is a road }mown as "Broxton Road" running <br />North from West Wabasso Road, located in Wabasso, Florida; and <br />• <br />WHEREAS, said road has been used by the general public <br />and maintained by Indian River County as a public road for a <br />period of more than 10 years immediately prior to the adoption <br />• of this resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, said Broxton Road is shown on the map which is <br />attached to this Resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, said map, a copy of which is to be filed in the <br />Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, shows the right of way <br />an described below; now therefore be it, <br />RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners; of Indian <br />River.
