Allocations from ARPA have been delivered to states and localities, as well as federal agencies that are now and will continue to roll out funding sources for communities, tribes, utilities, and service providers that can prove shovel ready projects that solve the digital divide and close gaps in unserved and underserved communities - namely those lacking speeds ranging from 25Mbps/3Mbps to 100Mbps/100Mbps.
