RESOLUTION NO. 2022 - <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />AN EASEMENT LOCATED AT CENTURY PLAZA (13240 -13262 US HWY 1) <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in a Marginal Access Easement located at the <br />Century Plaza. (13240-13262 US HWY 1); and <br />WHEREAS, Sand Ridge Sebastian, LLC, the owner of the property, has made application to Indian <br />River County requesting that the County release the easement; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easement, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easement, recorded at OR Book 781, Page 2626, public <br />records of Indian River County: <br />The easterly twenty-four (24) feet of the westerly fiftyfour (54) feet, running parallel with U.S. Highway No], as it <br />now exists, of that part of Lot I and the north 57.87ft-et of Lot 2, J.A. Hudson Subdivision, lying west of Charles <br />Subdivision (as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 97 Indian River County, Florida) and east of U.S. Highway No. 1, <br />said land lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. <br />This release of easement is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner , seconded by <br />Commissioner , and adopted on the day of , 2022, <br />by the following vote: <br />Chairman Peter D.
