C-1 <br />• <br />CC1 <br />a <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70-32 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida <br />i <br />resolves: <br />1. That by its Resolution No. 68-56, it did renounce and disclaim <br />any right of the county and the public in and to all land or interest therein ac- <br />quired by dedication for street, alleyway, road or highway purposes delineat- <br />ed and shown as Floralton Boulevard upon the plat showing property of <br />Colonel Joseph W. Walton in Sections 21, 22, 27 and 28 in Township 33 South, j <br />Range 40 East:, Indian River County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 3, page <br />30, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of said county, which said <br />Resolution did contain a clause providing for the effective date of that Resolu- <br />tion as follows: "Provided, however, that the provisions of this Resolution <br />shall become effective only upon the dedication or conveyance to Indian River <br />County, Florida, of all of tate right of way for a public road of the area desig- <br />nated as Galleon [hive as shown upon the preliminary subdivision plan for <br />'l.'hc Moorings, Vero (leach, Florida, identified by the signature of the County <br />Adininintrator dated July 24, 1968, and filed in the records of his office:. " <br />The Proof of Publication of Notice of the pidrlic hearing, a certified copy of <br />Said Resolution and Proof of Publication of Notice of the adoption of they Reso- <br />lution have; been recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of <br />said county in Official Record 11,00k 298, page 518. <br />2. This Hoard docs herewith find and determine that said Resolution <br />68-56 has now become effective by virtue of the fact that by the plat of The <br />Moorings Unit One, recorded in Plat (look 8, page 6, and by virtue of the plat <br />of The Moorings Unit Two, recorded in Plat {look 8, page 28, both in the <br />office of the Clerk of tate Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida, and <br />by virtue of a deed from The Moorings Development Company to Indian River <br />County, a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida presented to this Board <br />and approved and ordered recorded, there has been dedicated or conveyed to <br />Indian River County all of the right of way for a public road of the area desig- <br />nated as Galleon Drive as shown upon the preliminary subdivision plan des - <br />OFFICIAL RECORD Boa 358 i -r T4s <br />Smith, Heath, Smith & O'Halre, Attorneys At Law, P.
