BE IT RESOLVED that the price of each parcel of such land described <br />in said Final Decree entered November 25, 1969 in Case No. 69-289 be and <br />the same is fixed in the amount sot out opposite such land, as hereinafter <br />described, in the appropriate column, and which price at which said land and the <br />respective parcels thereof when offered for sale pursuant to said Chapter <br />22079, is 100% of the amount of the last assessed valuation thereof appearing <br />upon the Indian River County Tax Roll.
