40 <br />40 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70-40 <br />�M WHEREAS, the Indian River County School Board has determined <br />that it no longer needs the property known as Pleasant Ridge School, and <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 70-443, Florida Laws, 1970, provides <br />authority for the conveyance of school land to other public boards, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County has a need for the property and will use the property for <br />educational purposes, <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County requests the Indian River County School Board to <br />convey, without consideration, to Indian River County, pursuant to <br />Chapter 70-443, Florida Laws, 1970, the property known as Pleasant <br />Ridge School, to be used for educational purposes. A copy of this <br />Resolution shall be delivered to the Indian River County School Board. <br />i <br />
