40 <br />40 <br />• <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70-52 <br />WHEREAS, there exists a boundary dispute between INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, and FREDERICK NEWSOME, as to the South five feet <br />of Lot 13, Block 13, VEROMAR SUBDIVISION, Plat No. 1, Plat Book 1, page <br />88, Indian River County Public Records, and <br />WHEREAS, FREDERICK NEWSOME has offered $500.00 to the <br />county for clear title to the property, and <br />WHEREAS, there is no public use for which said property could be <br />used and in order to settle the dispute, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, that the county will sell to Frederick Newsome the five feet <br />above described for $500.00 by deed attached hereto. <br />V� <br />
