RESOLUTION NO. 70-54 <br />J <br />WHEREAS, SIGMA, INCORPORATED has made application <br />40 to the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County for <br />approval of transfer and assignment of its non-exclusive permit <br />granted July 1970 to INDIAN RIVER CABLEVISION, INC., and <br />WHEREAS, said board has caused to be advertised a Notice <br />of Hearing, which notice is attached hereto and <br />WHEREAS, said board did hold a public hearing on November <br />18, 1970 at 10:00 a.m. to consider said request, and <br />WHEREAS there were no objections to said transfer, and <br />WHEREAS, INDIAN RIVER CABLEVISION, INC has agreed <br />to abide by all terms of SIGMA INCORPORATED permit <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the non-exclusive permit granted to <br />SIGMA INCORPORATED on July 8, 1970 to install and maintain <br />equipment for the transmission and/or distribution of television <br />signals along the county's rights of way is hereby transferred to <br />INDIAN RIVER CABLEVISION, INC. <br />I <br />
