ADOPTING EXECUTION OF MEKORAND I OF' AGRE-EMENT BETS•1EEN <br />THE STATE OF FLORIDA DEPART: -2114T OF TRANSPORTATION, <br />A COMPONENT AGENCY OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA -AND THE COUNTY OF Indian River <br />A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA <br />WHEREAS, the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION <br />has agreed to construct.and/or acquire right-of-way for roads <br />described in Exhibit A. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COM ISSIONERS OF INE)IAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA: <br />Section 1. That certain Agreement dated the 18th day of <br />November , 1970 , by and between the STATE OF FLORIDA DEPART:IENT <br />• _ 1 <br />OF TRANSPORTATION, a component agency of the State of Florida and <br />the County of INDIAN RIVER be executed by the Chairman of this <br />Board and attestc:3 to by the Clara of the Circuit Cot._t as Ex- <br />o4ficio Clerk of this Board. - { <br />Section 2. That this Agreement be and the same hereby is - <br />i <br />an obligation and covenant of the County of INDIAN RIVER in each <br />and every respect and the liabilities therein contained -shall be. <br />the liabilities. of the County of j?dDlfW RIVER on a continuing <br />basis for the life of said Agreenent. <br />Section 3.
