Sly <br />Cleveland Equipment Division........ 22,900.00 <br />On Motion of Commissioner McCullers, second of Commissioner <br />Bogosian, the Board unanimously moved that the above bids be <br />referred to t1je Administrator for tabulation and evaluation. <br />On Motion of Commissioner McCullers, second of Commissioner Loy, <br />the following Resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70-57 <br />WHEREAS, FRANK ZORC has requested this board for a <br />release of drainage and utility easement in SUN CREST TERRACE <br />SUBDIVISION, and <br />WHEREAS, FRANK ZORC has agreed to grant Indian River <br />County, Florida, an easement on property owned by him to replace <br />the easement being released, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County that the board accepts the perpetual easement <br />attached to this resolution from FRANK ZORC to INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY, FLORIDA, and releases to him the easement attached <br />hereto from INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA to FRANK ZORC. <br />
