O <br />RESnLUTION NO. 71-2 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, <br />• - <br />did, after public hearing make its final report recommending changes <br />and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were <br />heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows: <br />1. That the 'Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />(1) All that part of the northwest quarter of the southeast <br />quarter lying west of the right of way of the Florida <br />East Coast Railway, except the north one half of the <br />north one half thereof, in Section 10, Township 32 South, <br />Range 39 East. <br />(2) All that part of the southwest quarter of the southeast <br />quarter lying west of the right of way of the Florida <br />East Coast Railway, in Section 10, Township 32 South, <br />Range 39 East. <br />(3) The northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Sec- <br />tion 10, Township 32 South, Range 39 Eaet. <br />(4) The southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Sec -- <br />tion 10, Township 32 South, Range 39 Fast. <br />Be changed from R-1 Single Family District to 11-1 In- <br />dustrial District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />Attorney Burch returned to the meeting and again became <br />acting Attorney to the Board. <br />
