40 <br />40 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 71_12 <br />WHEREAS, the 1970 Legislature passed Chapter 70 - 109, <br />known as "The Community Mental Health Act", and <br />WHEREAS, said act requires the Indian River County Board <br />of County Commissioners to appoint a mental health board to carry <br />out the provisions of the act, and <br />WHEREAS, the present Board of the Indian River Community <br />Mental Health Center, Inc. is respresentative of the mental health <br />district created in said act, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County that the present Board of the <br />Indian River Community Mental Health Center, Inc., as shown on the <br />list attached hereto is appointed in accordance with Chapter 70 - 109, <br />as the Mental Health Board for District 18 to serve for such term as <br />the act and the Mental Health Board shall provide.
