• <br />40 <br />R E S O L U T I O N 71-27 <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida, that the said Board does <br />hereby elect, on behalf of Ralph Harris, Clerk of Circuit <br />Court, Indian River County, a fee basis officer of Indian <br />River County, to exercise the authority provided by <br />Chapter 65-1714, F.S. so that the above-mentioned fee basis <br />officer may enter into an agreement with Blue -Cross - Blue <br />Shield of Florida under "Policy 11 -PK with Extended <br />Benefits" and or any other group insurance plan carrying <br />monthly premiums to $9.95 for a single rate and $27.06 <br />for a family rate; with the said fee basis officer contri- <br />buting $9.95 for each single rate employee contract, and <br />$15.00 for each family rate employee contract, as operating <br />expense of his office; and the balance of the monthly <br />premium, if any, to be paid by the individual employee <br />by means of payroll deduction. <br />Attest: ✓ / <br />y Cif 1 sem/ <br />Clerk o Circuit Court <br />Chairman, Board of -County <br />Commissioners <br />April 7, 1971 <br />Date <br />
