<br />RESOLUTION 71-37
<br />WHEREAS, under Chapter 57-1412, Special Acts of. 1957, the Board of
<br />County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, was duly authorized
<br />and empowered by Resolution adopted without publication, to vacate and abandon
<br />and relinquish and disclaim the rights of the public acquired by dedication or
<br />otherwise, of any and all rights-of-way, easements, or alleys either conveyed
<br />to the said county or dedicated by plat or deed recorded in said county; and
<br />WHEREAS, CURTIS T. STONE and LOUISE W. STONE, his wife, as the
<br />fee simple title owner, for the benefit of Monte Mann and Donna L. Mann, his
<br />wife, as purchasers, have duly petitioned the Board of County Commissioners
<br />of Indian River County, Florida, to vacate and abandon and relinquish and disclaim
<br />all the rights of the public acquired by the dedication of the 10 foot public utility
<br />and drainage easement on the rear lot lines and the 5 foot public utility and drain-
<br />age easement on the side lot lines of the Oslo Park, Unit #2 Subdivision, as re-
<br />corded in Plat Book 4, page 13, Indian River County public records, as it affects
<br />either side of the common boundary line between Lot 1 and Lot 1A, Block D, Oslo
<br />Park, Unit #2 Subdivision, a subdivision of Indian River County, Florida, as re-
<br />corded in Plat Book 4, page 13, Indian River County public records; said land lying
<br />and being in Indian River County, Florida,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, it appears that no notice thereof is necessary and that the rights
<br />of adjacent parties will not be affected by the abandonment and the said easement
<br />is not required for public use or public purposes,
<br />BE IT, THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners
<br />of Indian River County, Florida, in regular session on this, the 23rd day of
<br />June , A. D. 1971, that whatever easement exists on either side
<br />of the common boundary line between Lot 1 and Lot IA, Block D, Oslo Park, Unit
<br />#2 Subdivision, a subdivision of Indian River County, Florida, as recorded in Plat
<br />LAW OFFICES JOHN H. SUTHERLAND VERO BEACH, FLORIDA
