NOW, THEREFORE, 13E IT RESOLVED by the Board <br />40 <br />of County Commissioners of Indian River County that ii does <br />agree to pay to the Town of Indian River Shores the sum of <br />$23, 460. 39, to be as outlined above to satisfy all amounts owed <br />by the County to the City through May 17, 1971, and the Clerk is <br />authorized to forward payments to the City in accordance with this <br />Resolution. <br />The County Administrator presented a tentative plat of a <br />Subdivision known as Village Green Subdivision and recommended its <br />tentative approval as meeting County Subdivision Requirements. <br />Upon a Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner <br />Massey and unanimously carried that the recommended tentative <br />approval was given for Village Green Subdivision, with the provision <br />that all building be done in accordance with County Subdivision <br />Regulations; and with the further provision that the Planning and <br />Zoning Board be advised that the plan for a mobile home subdivision, <br />necessitating a zoning change, is preferable. <br />Commissioner Dritenbas, Commissioner Massey, the County <br />Administrator and the Attorney to the Board were appointed on a <br />Committee to study and revise the County Subdivision Regulations <br />and the Building Code, in accordance with Legislative Action 71-339. <br />
