Upon a Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded <br />by Commissioner Loy, the following Resolution was unanimously <br />40 = adopted: <br />40 <br />RESOLUTION 71-51 <br />WHEREAS, the polling place for Precinct 2A has been located <br />in the office of the Indian River Farms Drainage District at 4400 - 20th <br />Street, and <br />WHEREAS, the Supervisor of Elections has informed the Board <br />of County Commissioners of Indian River County that said location will no <br />longer be available for use as a polling place, and <br />WHEREAS, the Supervisor of Registration has made arrangements <br />for the Clemans Elementary School located at 4350 Clemans Avenue, to be <br />used as the polling place for Precinct 2 A in the future, <br />BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that the polling place for Precinct <br />2A is moved from the Indian River Farms Drainage District to the Clemans <br />Elementary School located at 4350 Clemans Avenue.
