RESOLUTION NO. 7 -a5 <br />• <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, <br />• <br />did, after public hearing make its final report recommending changes <br />and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were <br />heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, situated in Indian River. County, Florida, to -wit: <br />All Tracts 3, 4, 5 and 6, Section 11, Township 33 -South, Range <br />38 -East, and part of Tracts 1 and 8, Section 10, Township 33 - <br />South, Range 38 -East, as recorded in ORB 385, PP 572, lying <br />east of proposed I-95. <br />Be changed from F-1 Agricultural District to R-lMP Mobile Home <br />Park District and C-1 Commercial District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />
