RESOLUTION NO. 71_57 <br />40 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoninq Commission of. Indian River County, Florida, <br />® did, after public hearing make its final report recommending changes <br />and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows:. <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the followinq <br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Beg. at a pt. 220 yds. S of N Bd. or Lot 10, Section 26, <br />Township 31 -South, Range 39 -East on the bank of the Indian <br />River, thence running due East to the Easterly Bd. of said <br />Lot 10, thence running due S along said Easterly Bd. of said <br />Lot 10, a distance of 55 yards thence running due West to the <br />bank of the Indian River, thence in a northerly direction a- <br />long said Indian River to the P.O.B. and containing 3.66 Ac. <br />of land, more or less. Being a part of the N 5 Ac. of S 1/2 <br />of Government Lot 10, Section 26, Township 31 -South, Range <br />39 -East, Indian River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from F-1 Agricultural District to R-1 Single Fam- <br />ily District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />I <br />
