6ODT� 500 <br />ORDINANCE 95-30 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has held a public <br />hearing pursuant to this rezoning request, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the zoning of <br />the following -described property situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />A parcel of land situate in Section 33, Township 31 South, <br />Range 39 East, Indian River County, Florida, being the <br />northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of the northeast <br />quarter. Less the South 35.00 feet thereof for road right-of- <br />way; and also less the South 208.71 feet of the East 208.71 <br />feet. <br />Be changed from A-1 to CL; and that the zoning of the following <br />described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, to - <br />wit: <br />From the East 1/4 corner of Section 33, Township 31 South, <br />Range 39 East. Run N. 0001810011W. a distance of 637.22 feet, <br />thence run N. 8903410011W a distance of 537.10 feet to the <br />point of beginning.
