RE SO LUT IO N 71-59 <br />WHEREAS, Orange County has requested that this <br />Board approve its. withdrawal from the Central Florida <br />Regional Housing Authority as authorized under House Bill <br />2081, adopted by the 1971 session of the Florida Legislature; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this Board has no objection to with- <br />drawal by Orange County; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board <br />of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, <br />that approval is hereby given to the withdrawal of Orange <br />County from the Central Florida Regional Housing Authority <br />upon the Board of County Commissioners of Orange County <br />complying with the requirements of House Bill 2081, <br />THE FOREGOING RESOLUTIONS is approved and <br />signed by me this day of 1971, <br />Chairman <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />Indian River County, Florida <br />ATTEST: <br />i <br />
