RE SOLUT ION 7.1-60
<br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, did, after public hearing make its final report recommending
<br />changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River
<br />County, Florida; and
<br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said
<br />recommended changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a
<br />public hearing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and
<br />citizens were heard: Now, therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
<br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed
<br />as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the
<br />following described property, situated in Indian River County,
<br />owned by Earl Groth, Erbe Wold and Roland Miller, to -wit:
<br />From F-1 Agricultural to R-1MP Zone, the following
<br />described property to -wit: Tract 13, Section 31,
<br />Township 32 -South, Range 39 -East, Indian River County,
<br />Florida as per plat of the Indian River Farms Company
<br />Subdivision according to the plat thereof filed in the
<br />office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, St. Lucie County,
<br />Florida, Plat Book 2, at page 25, said land now lying and
<br />being in Indian River County, Florida.
<br />From R-1 Residential to R-1MP Zone, the following described
<br />property to -wit: Tracts 4 and 5, Section 6, Township
<br />33 -South, Range 39 -East, Indian River County, Florida, said
<br />property located within the Indian River Farms Company
<br />Subdivision according to the plat thereof filed in the
<br />office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
<br />County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, at page 25, said land now
<br />situated, lying and being in Indian River County, Florida,
<br />less easements for canals, highway rights-of-way and less
<br />the East 600 feet of the West 800 feet of the South 660
<br />feet of the above described property, said 660 feet to be
<br />measured northerly from the center line of State Road 60.
