RESOLUTION NO. 71-66 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida, <br />did, after public hearing make its final report recommending changes <br />and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were <br />heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as foll- <br />XWE <br />1. That the 'Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, owned by McKee -Sexton Land Company, situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of Government Lot 4, Sec- <br />tion 18, Township 33 South, Range 40 East, run East a dis- <br />tance of 660.3 feet to a point; thence run South 470 feet <br />to a point; thence run Southwesterly along a line parallel- <br />ing the centerline of the South Relief Canal, which line is <br />125 feet from said centerline of the South Relief Canal, a <br />distance of 1,240 feet to a point; thence run North a dis- <br />tance of 820 feet to a point; thence run East a distance of <br />559.61 feet to 'the point of beginning. <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District to R-lTM Transient <br />Mobile Home District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />
