RESOLUTION NO. _Y2_2 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing make its final report recommending <br />changes and additions to the 'Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying 'Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows; property belonging to Roy E. Hilliard. <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />That part of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 lying <br />West of the Florida East Coast Railway in Section 13, Town- <br />ship 33 -South, Range 39 -East, Indian River County, Florida, <br />Official Record Book No. 390, Page 569. <br />Be changed from M-lA Restricted Industrial District and C -1A <br />Restricted Commercial District to R-1MP Mobile Home Park Dis- <br />trict. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />
