RESOLUTION NO. 72-4 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending <br />changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows; request of Rivers McNeill Anderson. <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lots 1 to 24 inclusive Mobile Villa Estates, Plat Book 8, <br />Page 10, Indian River County Records. <br />Lots 2 to 18 inclusive, Jean's Unit and Lots 1 to 15 Joy's <br />Unit, Indian River Twin Estates as recorded in Plat Book 8, <br />Page 31, Indian River County Records. <br />Be changed from R-2 Single Family District and C-1 Commer- <br />cial District to R-1PM Permanent Mobile Home Subdivision Dis- <br />trict. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />
