RESOLUTION NO. 72-6 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending <br />changes and additions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map be changed as <br />follows; property belonging to Indian River Exchange Packers, Inc. <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />That part of the North 30 acres of the SW 1/4 or NE 1/4 of <br />Section 13, Township 33 South, Range 39 East lying west of <br />Florida East Coast Railway right of way; EXCEPT that part <br />lying west of Old Dixie Highway, situate in Indian River <br />County, Florida. Book 335, Page 145. <br />Be changed from C-lA Restricted Commercial District to M-1 <br />Restricted Industrial District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and described <br />in said Zoning Regulation. <br />
